Privacy Policy
This policy describes the data the Robot-X website collects today. It is a starting point and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
What we collect
When you request Nexo we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, because we need them to confirm and deliver the order. If you create an account we also store a hashed version of your password — the password itself is never stored or readable by us.
How we use it
Your details are used to contact you about your order, to prepare and ship it, and to show you the order in your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Payment information
The website does not take payments and does not collect card details. Payment is arranged directly with our team when we confirm your order.
Your choices
You can review and update your contact details from your account at any time. To ask for your data to be corrected or removed, contact us at info@robot-x.com.
